Payment:

We’ll charge your credit card directly online, but, if you don’t want to pay us through credit card, Paypal, Western Union or Wire transfer could be accepted too, if so, please let us know by sending us an email.

Note: Quotations are listed on our website in both USD & RMB, however, due to the rapid change of the US dollar, your final payment will be calculated in RMB instead of USD, US currency is for reference only!

Cancellation Policy (tour):
You are required to complete your tour once confirmed. However, if, for any reason, you have to cancel your trip, Cancellation fee will be charged accordingly. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
1. No less than 30 days before your tour begins: 30% of the total price
2. Within 30 to 21 days before your tour begins: 50% of the total price
3. Within 20 to 7 days before your tour begins: 70% of the total price
4. Within 6 to 3 days before your tour begins: 80% of the total price
5. within 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the total price
Once the trip has begun, there will be no refund for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival or missed days on tours.

Cancellation Policy (car rental and transfers):
1. The cancellation is made in 3 days ahead of arrival, no fees will be deducted, the prepaid funds will refund back to the customer’s credit card in 30-45 days.
2. The cancellation is made less than 3 days of arrival, 50% of the transfer fee will be considered as a penalty, the balance will be refunded back to the customer’s credit card in 30-45 days.

Alteration:
You can alter your itinerary at any time before your reservation has been processed. However, if the alteration is made after the confirmation of the itinerary, you will be charged for each alternation request, the amount is based on the difficulties of the alteration.
Itinerary Deviations:
Itinerary Deviations to the planned itinerary may occur due to weather, traffic, or any other conditions beyond our control such as strike, acts of God, war, fire, acts of government, riot, etc. We will make our best to insure all the visits and excursions will be similar. However, if it occurs, we reserves the right to substitute the itinerary upon the agreement of our clients.
