All passengers’s full name/ passport number/ date of birth are required for tickets advanced reservation to Forbidden City, so we don’t have to wait in line at the ticket office for on-site purchase !
Tour Schedule: Picking up from airport base on your arrival time. You can easily find your dedicated tour guide as they will have a sign with your name on it. After that, the journey of Beijing Layover Tour begins with a drive towards Beijing city. We will then visit Tiananmen Square– one of the largest squares in the world, which can accommodate a million people for public gatherings. From here you will walk directly into the Forbidden City. This used to be the residence for the Emperors (24 emperors in total) in the Ming (1368-1644) & Qing (1644-1911) dynasties and occupies 72 hectares (180 acres). It takes approximately 2 hours to visit. Then, you will be transferred back to the airport. (No meal) Note: NO tourist traps, and NO hidden fees throughout our tour. It is absolutely value for money.

Things to know: A. No tourist trap and no hidden fees! We value for your money and will not arrange any tourist shop during the trip. B. The Forbidden City is open between 08:30 and 15:40. But the ticket office stops selling ticket at 15:30 every day. There is no closing time of Tiananmen Square. C. From Jan 1, 2014, Forbidden City will close on every Monday, please be aware of this change when selecting this trip. D. Due to any unexpected reasons such as flight delay or visa issue that make you not possible to take your booked tours, half amount of the prepaid tour charge will be refunded. E. To make the best arrangement of your layover tours, please leave us your exact arrival and departure flight information. F. Tips to the driver guide (RMB100-200 if you enjoy our service). It is not compulsory but would be a great encouragement for them. G. Luggage will usually go with your connect flight to the destination. If you will have to carry them, you may have them locked in our car; there’re will be no problems. H. Counting from your flight (international) lands at Beijing airport to meet us at the exit will take about 1 hour. It includes such procedures as follow: 1. Flight arrival; 2. Inspection & Quarantine (72 hour free visa application); 3. Baggage claim (could be ignored by layover passengers); 4. Customs inspection; 5.
